Are there vegetarian and vegan products in your range?
Of course, most of our products are vegan or vegetarian. The products are labelled with “vegan” or “vegetarian” on our product pages.
Do you have gluten-free or lactose-free products in your range?
To help you find our gluten-free and lactose-free favourites quickly, we have labelled them for you on the respective product page.
What is the shelf life of intact dextrose products?
The shelf life of our products depends on various factors (e.g. packaging or ingredients). Therefore, we cannot give a generalised answer to this question. You can find the different minimum shelf lives on the respective packaging.
Is there anything I need to bear in mind when storing the products?
Of course, we are happiest when our intact products don’t stay with you for long, but are eaten straight away. If the sweets do survive a little longer, we recommend the following storage: cool, dry and protected from light. Our effervescent tablets and Expert products in particular should always be sealed.
There was an empty sweet in my dextrose bag, how can that happen?
Even with us, things can sometimes go wrong. There is no disadvantage for you, for example, if an individual seal is empty, as our goods are weighed and not counted. As far as the weight of the packaging is concerned, we are subject to constant monitoring by the Weights and Measures Office. Each package is weighed after filling and the weight is documented for submission to the Weights and Measures Office.
